How do I return my purchase?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

How do I initiate the return process?
YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM IF YOU WISH TO INITIATE A RETURN.

How do I email you about my return?
Email us at info@michellevalentine.tv. In the subject line write, RETURN. In the message, please provide your NAME, ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN, AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Please also briefly tell us exactly why you are returning your item. We will reply within 48 hours with easy instructions for returning your item to us.

How long do I have to make a return?
Return items are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

Do I need to insure my item?
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping a copy of your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Taking a photo of your shipping receipt is a good idea. Michelle Valentine's Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Where do I send my return?
Please initiate the emailed return process. Once completed, you will be provided with our mailing address. You can also send your return through an insured traceable carrier to the same address.

The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.michellevalentine.myshopify.com.

FINAL SALES: Items marked as Clearance or Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

For all the other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by a completed return form. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, unworn, without damage to the shoe box. DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX as a shipping box. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection and may require photo proof.

Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Refunds are processed within 10 - 14 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
